Job Description
- Functional professional with 4+ CRM implementations (e.g., Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle R12) and a senior team member or team lead on at least 2 full cycle implementations.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience implementing CRM applications for Sales, Marketing, CPQ processes
- Demonstrated experience in the definition of systems strategy, gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to- be business process designs, conference room pilots (CRPs) functional configuration, testing, user training.
- Must have experience collaborating with business users on business process enhancements
- Designing integration solutions between CRM and Oracle ERP/ Oracle Cloud ERP
- Should have progressing skills in Business Analysis, Business Knowledge, Architecture Knowledge, Technical Solution Design on Order to Cash process
- Good process understanding of various aspects of CRM encompassing Sales, Marketing, CPQ, Lead and Opportunity Management, touchpoints with PLM and Forecasting
- Knowledge on Siebel CRM/ Oracle Cloud CX/ Salesforce
- A Bachelor's degree in Computers or Applied Sciences (Engineering).
Preferred:
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments
- Exposure to OBIEE, Salesforce.com
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
