Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Assist with creating lowe level desgins, design reviews, functional queries & code reviews.
- Analyze and translate business requirements fto a soultion design while providing support to remote colleagues in Bangalore during design, development, and testing phases to see the requirements through to completion.
- Use Business knowledge in configuring the systems to meet specific business needs.
- Understand and describe processes within the business domain.
- Conduct user application training
- Assist with onboarding of new team members in sharing the domain and functional knowledge.
Job Requirement
Basic Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Management Information Systems, or related major.
- Educational or professional experience with business and/or accounting.
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst and/or other functional roles working on the full spectrum of the Software Development Lifecycle.
- 7+ years of experience with technical knowledge in building API & web-based applications using object-oriented design.
- Should possess database skills (preferably SQL Server) to design entities, data query and analysis to satisfy specifications and requirements.
- Experience implementing Leasing/Financial Software.
- Experience in the analysis of business requirements in the financial domain (preferably with lease/loan or asset finance experience).
- Experience working with global teams.
- Expertise in software requirement gathering/writing and design process.
- Experience writing/executing user test cases.
- Strong communication skills, interaction, and relationship management abilities.
- Issue & project tracking software experience.
- Knowledge of Odessa platform is a plus
Preferred Qualification:
- Experience with Leasing, ERP, or similar types of software.
- Hands-on experience in the Equipment Leasing and/or Asset Finance industries.
- Ability to resolve/diffuse conflict and be comfortable in tense situations.
- Ability to multi-task effectively and manage conflicting priorities and deadlines.
- Familiarity with Microsoft .Net/C#, Azure environment, multiple implementation standards and methodologies including Agile and JIRA knowledge.
