Job Description
High level understanding of the following:
- Automation technologies – IPsoft IPcenter
- Systems integration – ServiceNow, SCOM and Nagios Monitoring tools, Oracle and other enterprise service bus technologies
- Authentication Technologies such as Active Directory, LDAP, Oracle Identity Management
- Linux, Windows, and Unix Hardware/Operating Systems
- Server Virtualization Technologies such as VMWare
- High Availability Technologies including Replication, Load Balancing and Disaster Recovery
- Network architecture and design
Required Skills & Competencies:
- 7+ yrs of IT experience with Application hosting solutions architecture and design
- Significant experience with solutions development, testing, proof of concept and migrations; problem solving and root cause analysis
- Consultative approach with internal and client teams and ability to articulate technical concepts using simple business language for the non-technical.
- Flexibility to adjust to changing requirements, schedules and priorities.
- Ability to manage multiple deliverables with competing priority, expert time and task management skills
- Ability to build strong relationships and trust across both internal and external organizations
- Ability to decide critical design, operational and financial points with great accuracy in a short time frame
- High level understanding and experience of application development life-cycle and alternative SDLC methodologies such as Agile
- General Business acumen
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Prior experience with managing projects
