[Experience in architecture, design and development of Enterprise Applications.
Understanding of Microservices, Docker, SOA, Event Driven Architecture, Cloud native applications, J2EE design patterns.
Working knowledge of Java technology stack and related ecosystem.
Understanding in Middleware applications (ESB/BPM/Business Rules). Nice to have: Knowledge of CA Layer7, Apigee.
Good understanding of Cloud (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), DevOps ecosystem, Oracle RDBMS.
Any notations and tools (E.g. Rational Suite, Artisan, System Architect, UML, RUP, others).
Interpersonal and leadership skills - collaboration, facilitation, and negotiation skills.
Comfortable with leading a team of architects/analysts and must be able to explain clearly the benefits of an architectural approach.
