About the Job
This position is responsible for leading and managing the customer relationships for the Finance area around identification and development of IT technologies. This includes development and management of business cases on initiatives/changes, project management, training and enabling effective use of the technologies, as well as the assessment of whether the solutions were successful through post-implementation reviews.

- Lead and manage the customer relationship for the assigned Finance areas
- Pro-actively seek-out and recommend best-in-class IT solutions for business problems.
- Partner with key Business Process Owners within various departments in order to understand needs and identify solutions
- Actively participate in best-practice industry events and other functional trainings/events
- Participate in key business meetings and have frequent interaction in order to understand needs and priorities of responsible areas
- Develop and foster relationships with global business process groups in order to identify and leverage global best-practices and benefits.
- Collect, review and assess customer usage and feedback of systems on a regular basis and incorporate learning's into future developments
- Define business requirements for new system developments
- Work together with the Business Applications Managers to translate business requirements for application and system development
- Provide continuous communication to the business on initiatives and changes
- Lead and manage the business case development and ROI analysis
- Proactively recommend and prepare business cases for evaluation of potential IT benefits
- Conduct formal post audit project assessments
- Prepare ROI analysis for all projects
- Lead and manage projects based on Business Process &Technology’s project management methodologies
- Develop and maintain key project templates (e.g. project plans, risk and budget templates)
- Facilitate team meetings and ensure clear and timely communication
- Act as a point of contact for key stakeholders
- Complete monthly project scorecard
- Enable effective use of IT technologies
- Identify training opportunities to enable better use of IT technologies
- Develop training programs and materials
- Organize and conduct frequent training through a variety of methods to include on-site and webinars
- Collect, review and assess customer usage and feedback of systems on a regular basis and incorporate learning's into future developments
- Partner with other BSMs to insure and develop integrated solutions
- 3-5 years’ experience developing and implementing successful IT solutions for the business
- 3-5 years’ experience in a business operational role
- Deep understanding of customer business processes
- Ability to provide proactive ideas and solutions to customers
- Extensive knowledge of business best-practices
- Functional expertise of technical solutions used by assigned customer
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to understand and simplify complicated concepts
- Strong interpersonal skills, both in support of team building responsibilities and in support of needs of the overall organization
- Ability to multi-task and manage an unpredictable workflow
- Ability to apply process map manner of thinking to assess and improve existing ways of working
- Ability to develop clear and acceptable business cases
- Travel required
