Job Summary:
The Solution Manager identifies market and customer's needs, create go-to market plans and drive product promotion with cross -functional teams. Assist with marketing campaigns and programs that are focused on selling complete end-to-end platform solutions targeted at strategic vertical markets to grow demand and pipeline. This position utilizes technical skills to research and develop customer solutions. In addition, this position engages in technical, marketing and pre/post-sales support activities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Includes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned):
• Execute in-depth research about market requirements and customer applications
• Manage product promotion through their entire lifecycle until product EOL
• Assist product marketing information for marketing activities
• Create marketing and sales training materials, product specifications
• Present training materials to internal sales force as well as external customers
• Conduct competitive analysis
• Drive technical issues to closure by arranging resources
• Serve as and provide pre/post-sales support
Qualifications:
• BS in EE/CS or Strong technical background with University degree preferred
• 5+ years of working experience in the IT/Computer Industry preferred
• GPU experience a plus
• Excellent knowledge of server systems, PC systems, and computer peripherals is required
• Strong initiative and ability to work in a self-directed environment
• Demonstrated experience working in cross-functional organizations
• Creative thinker, to develop new strategies and solutions
• Strong analytical, negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Solid communications skills, both verbal and written
Salary Range
$93,000 - $121,000
The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
