Working with the Account Executive, the Solution Architect defines and directs the technical strategy for our largest and most important customers, leading to more widespread and deeper adoption of data intelligence
We are seeking to expand our SA team with individuals who are hands-on and understand value selling to help our customers succeed using Databricks
You will be part of a team that builds proofs of concepts and demonstrates Databricks' products within a range of use cases important to the Communications, Media & Entertainment space.The impact you will have:You will work with 2-6 customers as the main technical voice for DatabricksYou will lead your customers on a transformational journey, helping them to evaluate and adopt Databricks as part of their digital strategyYou will drive the technical strategy within an accountHelp customers become technical champions within their organizationProvide structured mentorship and collaboration for other team membersWhat we look for:Experience working with large (> $1m ARR) customers, ideally from the Communications or Media & Entertainment industryInterested in being hands-on and learning big data, data science, and cloud technologiesAn ability to understand data-driven business transformation and drive change with dataExperience with design and implementation experience in big data technologies or full lifecycle data science solutionsMaintain and extend production data systems to evolve with complex customer needsProgramming exposure in SQL, Python, R, Scala, or JavaNice to have: Databricks CertificationPay Range TransparencyDatabricks is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices
The pay range(s) for this role is listed below and represents base salary range for non-commissionable roles or on-target earnings for commissionable roles. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, and specific work location
Based on the factors above, Databricks utilizes the full width of the range
The total compensation package for this position may also include eligibility for annual performance bonus, equity, and the benefits listed above
