Project Scope:
- Supporting mobile services in non-billing systems (provisioning system, activation system, network, front end and buy flows)
- Delivery of order to customer (activating devices), working in the network, issues will be providing enhancements to current solutions
- Reviewing requirements on new features and adding new enhancements
- Provisioning experience
- Activation experience
- Inventory and Order mgmt. experience
- Experience with mobile services / devices (activation of new devices)
- Wireless network experience
- Working at Telecommunication, Telecommunication, Sprint, etc.
