From our headquarters in Munich, we develop comprehensive software solutions for the operation of complex customer loyalty programs, which we implement at our clients worldwide. We develop long-term partnerships with our clients, advise them on their digitalization journey, work on innovative ideas together and put them into practice. Among the companies that count on our know-how are Lufthansa, for its frequent flyer program Miles & More, Deutsche Bahn AG, PAYBACK, and international air carriers such as China Southern Airlines and United Airlines.Key Responsibilities:Together with the team you will develop, maintain and support E2E solutions for our customersGuiding and coordinating the US based team with headquarters in Munich GermanyDefine and revise architectural guiding principals to steer our platform and solution development together with our other solution architectsOversight of Continuous Delivery Communication of solution ideas in an understandable mannerImprove our LMS platform by challenging the status quo and bringing your ideas to continuously simplify the platform ensuring fast time to market for new capabilities Function as a mentor and support developers in the team to grown and become solution architect themselves over timeOpenness for on call duty to cover support for partner needs between Europe and US timezones. Minimum Qualifications10+ years of experience as Java Software Developer, including experience large systems with high transaction volume. Eagerness to understand our customer domain to find the best solutions for our customer needsEagerness to communicate with the customers to explain solution approaches while answering questionsDomain knowledge in Loyalty, Airline or BankingEagerness to make developers in your team betterSuccessful delegation and guidance of junior engineersCan drive topics, while being goal-oriented and accepting of challengesDevOps mindsetHands on mentality and highly analytical skills Proven track record with bug analysis and solution findingEnjoyment to work in an international teamAgile mindsetWillingness to adapt to timezone needs for a projectTech Stack:JAVA, JEE, Spring, SpringBoot, REST, Hibernate, proficiency with relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL), cloud-based systems (AWS or equivalent), Maven, Jenkins, GitQualificationsSalary Range: $110,000.00 to $190,000.00 annually + bonus + benefitsThe above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition
