About the Job
St. Luke’s Health System in Boise, ID is seeking a Solutions Architect – Artificial Intelligence to join our Emerging Technologies team.
With a high degree of latitude, the Solutions Architect – Artificial Intelligence is responsible for analyzing and translating business, information and technical requirements into an architectural blueprint to outline solutions that integrate across applications, systems and platforms to achieve business objectives. This role requires expertise in three or more business domains/focus areas.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Collaborates with business stakeholders, business analysts, and technical teams to understand challenges, driving significant business value through the integration of AI capabilities.
- Researches and recommends appropriate AI solutions that complement St. Luke’s existing architecture.
- Assists in evaluating the viability and ROI of the vendor solutions, as well as overall vendor reliability and risk.
- Leads in defining the principles to guide solution decisions for the organization.
- Designs and leads the implementation of solution architecture based on business requirements and organization strategies; provides strategic and hands-on technical expertise to business stakeholders and IHT teams.
- Leads resolutions related to problems with systems integration, compatibility, and multiple platforms.
- Defines and champions repeatable processes for solutions development and evaluation through the use of patterns and best practice.
- Works on highly complex organization-wide projects that require in-depth knowledge across multiple of the specialized architecture domains: business architecture, information architecture, security architecture, application portfolio and technical architecture; proven expert in architectural practices across multiple specialized architecture domains including business architecture, information architecture, security architecture, application portfolio and technical architecture.
- Approves and modifies designs and architectures by reviewing solutions architectures, end-user topology, security, and performance and interoperability requirements; provides recommendations and actionable plans for proposed initiatives based on business relevance, appropriate timing and complexities.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree or experience in lieu of degree
- Experience: 4 years relevant experience
