Sonographer - Pool/PRN - St. Cloud - Orlando Health

Responsibilities:

Provides quality patient care when performing diagnostic sonographic imaging and related procedures to demonstrate anatomy for interpretation and/or intervention.

• Works closely with Radiologist to perform diagnostic sonographic exams.
• Exercises professional judgment in performance ofservices and maintains a demeanor complimentary to quality care.
• Delivers appropriate care while recognizing patient conditions and ensuring successful completion of procedures.
• Complies with all state and federal regulations applicable to each modality.

Graduate of an accredited school of sonography and meets American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (ARDMS) eligibility guidelines.  This will be various shifts and is a set rate of $36.67 for pool staff. 

• Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS)registered through the American Registry ofDiagnostic Medical          Sonographers (ARDMS)

• Maintains current BLS/HealthCare Provider certificate.

• Maintains ARDMS physics registry and one ARDMS registry
