Shift Times: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Flexible Start Time)

Job Description:

You will provide essential diagnostic ultrasound services in various settings, including nursing homes, home care facilities, prisons, and processing sites throughout California. You will be responsible for performing ultrasounds, transporting equipment between locations, and delivering quality images for interpretation by radiologists.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transport and unload portable sonographic equipment to perform exams as ordered by physicians.
• Perform and process ultrasound exams, ensuring clinically diagnostic and technically competent images are obtained.
• Digitally transmit ultrasound images to radiologists for interpretation.
• Complete exam-related paperwork and billing documentation daily according to protocol.
• Communicate efficiently and professionally with peers, management, dispatch department, and clients.
• Maintain equipment and ensure it is in good working order.
• Provide excellent patient care and follow established guidelines for safety and accuracy.
