Job Description:The Sourcing Analyst is responsible for working with
Service Lines, Clinical Resource Manager as well as all of Supply Chain
Category Management to provide support, analytics, and validation
regarding decision making related to supplies, equipment and services being
considered by the organization.

Working in close partnership with Category Management, the Clinical Resource
Specialist supports the Category Managers by assisting in the research of
marketplace data, clinical case cost, minimize variation, product
rationalization, improving clinical outcomes, improving product
utilization, calculating total cost of ownership and more. The primary goal
of the Clinical Resource Specialist is to provide support, VAT assigned
projects, drive additional cost savings, ensure consistency, efficiency
and effectiveness across team processes, policies, and best practices
Essential Job Duties
Provide support and guidance to Clinical Resource Managers, and Category
Management team related to variation of supplies, procedural analytics,
market trends, data utilization and rationalization.
Gather data and information needed for presentation for the Value Analysis
meetings.
Assist in the management of evaluating new technologies, quality control
processes, define, and communicate standards.
Provide training and process improvement for various workflows.
Assist with interpretation of data and make recommendations.
Interaction with clinical teams at the care sites and system clinical teams in
conjunction with Clinical Resource Specialist and Category Managers.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors level degree, required- Masters level degree, preferred- 5+
years of similar experience, required- 2 years in healthcare Sourcing
role, required- Experience in contract formation, 5+ years in healthcare
Supply Chain or equivalent experience in purchasing capacity, preferred
Physical Requirements:Interact with others by effectively communicating,
both orally and in writing.- and -Operate computers and other office equipment
requiring the ability to move fingers and hands.- and -See and read computer
monitors and documents.- and -Remain sitting or standing for long periods of
time to perform work on a computer, telephone, or other equipment.- and
-May require lifting and transporting objects and office supplies,
bending, kneeling and reaching.

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate
dependent upon experience.$29.66 - $46.72
