About the Job
Akkodis is seeking a Sourcing Specialist II for a Contract job with a client in Campus Road Princeton NJ. You will support procurement activities by analyzing data to identify cost-saving opportunities and market trends. Candidates must have strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools like Excel and Power BI. Key responsibilities include assisting in supplier management and negotiating contracts to improve sourcing efficiency.
The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Sourcing Specialist job responsibilities include:
Analyzing procurement data to identify trends and savings opportunities
Conducting market research to support supplier selection and contract negotiations.
Assisting in the development of sourcing strategies that align with business objectives.
Supporting supplier management and performance evaluations.
Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business, Finance, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain roles.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SAP, or Power BI.
Knowledge of procurement processes and supplier negotiations.

Pay Details: $35.00 to $43.00 per hour
