Job Title: Sous Chef
The Sous Chef will assist the Executive Chef in delivering exceptional "World-Class" dining experiences within a private club environment.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee kitchen operations and staff management.
- Ensure high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Assist in menu planning and recipe development.
- Manage inventory and food cost control.
- Train and mentor kitchen staff.
- Maintain cleanliness and compliance with health regulations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
