About the Job
Our Sous Chef supervise and plan the preparation of high quality/presentation food to our residents, guests, and associates, to promote an excellent restaurant-style dining atmosphere.
Pay: $27-$30/hr
What will I do every day?
- Assist in the production of creatively designed menus
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef on new dishes which appeal o the residents
- Assist the Executive Chef in organizing the kitchen and schedule
- Maintain kitchen and food preparation in a clean and sanitary manner
- Train and develop new kitchen associates
What will I need to be successful in this role?
- Bring a smile to work every day
- Be a great team player
- Be a progressive and creative thinker
- Be a high school graduate (preferred)
- Have one to three years of cooking experience
