Join Sodexo as the Sous Chef at HCA Conroe, a full-service, 332-bed acute-care hospital proudly serving the Montgomery County area located in Conroe, TX.

The Sous Chef will assist the Executive Chef with day-to-day kitchen operations to include ordering and inventory, menu planning, food preparation and cooking meals. The ideal candidate will be a culinarian leader who is knowledgeable of HACCP and kitchen operations, menu planning, and inventory management.

The successful candidate will:

• be responsible for purchasing, menu compliance, inventory, food cost analysis and food production forecasting;
• ensure Sodexo Culinary standards including recipe compliance and food quality are implemented;
• have the ability and willingness to develop and motivate team members to embrace culinary innovations;
• ensure food safety, sanitation and workplace safety standard compliance; and/or
• have working knowledge of automated food inventory, ordering, production and management systems.
