Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Head Chef to plan and create innovative menus
- Ensure high food quality and consistency in all dishes
- Implement portion control measures to minimize waste
- Manage kitchen operations and supervise back of house staff
- Contribute to menu development and seasonal changes
- Monitor food cost and implement strategies for cost management
- Coordinate banquet catering events and ensure customer satisfaction
- Prepare food according to culinary arts standards
- Maintain sanitation and food safety standards, including ServSafe certification
- Handle food preparation, cooking, and merchandising
- Manage inventory and ordering of supplies

Salary Range: $40,000 - $50,000 annually
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: $20 - $25 Hourly
Bonus/Commission: No
