Your Mission: In the absence of the chef to function on their behalf. To supervise all kitchen staff relating to the daily production of food products. To prepare and serve food products as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
- Represent the Executive Chef in their absence.
- Enforce campus policies.
- Inventory and ordering of raw and prepared food items.
- Assist with making the work schedule.
- Ensure proper preparation and food quality.
- Maintain and enforce safety and sanitation standards.
- Assist in the training of all kitchen employees.
- Assist in the food production as needed.
- Any duties assigned by the Executive Chef.
Machine/Equipment/Tools Used:
- Knives
- Slicer
- Choppers
- Ovens
- Mixers
- Blenders
Your Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge of proper knife handling techniques.
- Previous management experience in a kitchen setting.
- Previous experience with ordering raw and processed food products.
- Knowledge of maintaining budgetary guidelines.
- Must be able to obtain a Maricopa County Food Handlers card.
