Job Summary



As a Sous Chef, you will drive the culinary success of our facility. Your role includes supervising the preparation and cooking of various dishes, assisting with menu development, and managing daily kitchen operations alongside the Executive Chef. This position is perfect for a dynamic culinary professional with a knack for entrepreneurship and innovation.





Key Responsibilities:






+ Collaborate with the Executive Chef to manage costs, control expenditures, and plan menus.


+ Execute and innovate catering events and culinary programs.


+ Oversee and develop a high-volume food operation with a focus on quality, efficiency, and presentation.






Preferred Qualifications:






+ Associate degree in Culinary Arts or related experience.


+ Progressive culinary management experience; catering and high-volume operations experience highly preferred.


+ Strong knowledge of food and catering trends, sanitation, food cost controls, and batch cooking.


+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer use.


+ ServSafe certification is a plus.
