Position: Restaurant Sous Chef

Exciting and unique new restaurant is opening soon and now looking for an experienced and talented Sous Chef to join the award winning Culinary team! This restaurant proudly has some of the top Culinary professionals, as well as top leaders in the industry. We are looking for a talented candidate that has experience cooking in a scratch kitchen and supervising a team. This is an amazing opportunity to work along side award-winning chefs, and be a part of an exciting new concept.

Qualifications to be considered for this Sous Chef opportunity:

• 1-2 years+ experience as a Sous Chef in a scratch kitchen (might consider a lead line cook with the right experience and leadership potential) 
• New Restaurant Opening Experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to work in fast paced environment, lead a team, and maintain high standards 
• **All Employees are required to be vaccinated prior to start date**
