Coastal Cafe' is a local, fast casual, counter service restaurant focused on fresh food with excellent customer service. We work hard but we also have fun while working! Pay is competitive.
We are looking to fill this position at our Boca Raton location. This role will need to open the restaurant at 7am and close by 3pm Monday to Friday. Approximately 40 hours per week.
Opening involves:
-cooking and prep
-setting up the kitchen
-organizing & preparing for the day's service
-loading up grab and go areas
-Inventory and food management
Once we open at 7:45a, this role will also take help customers at the counter as well as online orders for take-out & delivery, as needed.
Kitchen Manager and Counter Service includes:
- Cook daily
- Recipe and menu management
- Lead by example by always following all company rules and policies.
- Assist management to carry out daily tasks and/or requests while assisting in excellent guest service.
- Be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe and productive work environment while following ALL standards/policies.
- Communicate with management when issues regarding attendance, customer service, equipment, scheduling or anything related to the business arise.
