Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:



+ Assists the Chef with leading cost controls and control expenditures for the account


+ Work closely with the Chef to develop and craft exciting and innovative menus.


+ Successfully implement and produce high-quality catering events.


+ Collaborate with the Company marketing and culinary team to roll out new culinary programs.



Preferred Qualifications:



+ A.S. or equivalent experience, with at least 3 years of multifaceted culinary/kitchen management experience.


+ Proven catering experience is required.


+ Previous experience in fast-paced food service operations is highly desirable.


+ Institutional and batch cooking experiences are helpful.


+ Comprehensive knowledge of food and catering trends, with a focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation.


+ Must be experienced with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Outlook, E-mail, and the Internet.


+ Must be willing to participate in client happiness programs and activities.


+ ServSafe certification is helpful.
