We seek a motivated and organized individual to join our growing team of hospitality professionals as a Spa Coordinator. If you have prior luxury hotel experience or refined customer service skills within the hospitality industry, we invite you to apply. This is a part-time position that includes both morning and evening shifts.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet all guests with a friendly and sincere welcome upon arrival. Must stand when guests arrive.
- Vital customer service and organizational skills; answer email correspondence and phone calls as soon as possible.
- Provide guests with a thorough and knowledgeable understanding of all spa services/products.
- Responsible for booking spa appointments accurately in the Book4Time system.
- Complete all necessary Spa opening and closing duties, including but not limited to stocking water, tea, and snacks and ensuring locker rooms and linens are refreshed throughout the day.
- Selling & up-selling products or client services.
- Pool deck service.
- Fitness center service.
- minimal administrative duties, including but not limited to monthly inventory.
- Able to follow directives, protocols, and procedures as required.
