About the Job
We are looking to hire a Spa Front Desk Receptionist to join our professional team. If you have a friendly, outgoing personality and enjoy providing excellent customer service, this opportunity is for you.
Qualified candidates must possess:
- Must be available to work from 9:00 am-6:00 pm; including weekends and holidays
- Superior customer service skills and phone etiquette
- Proficient with computer
- Prior experience in similar setting preferred but not required
- Prior resort or country club experience preferred
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet members (with surnames)
- Check-in all members
- Answer phones and understand the phone system
- Make appointments for members
- Distribute towels, robes, locker keys, and sandals
- Inform members about services/products
- Confirm appointments
- Be familiar with all opening and closing procedures
- Ring up member services
- Provide administrative assistance when needed
- Pull/file daily sheets for the spa
- Be knowledgeable about the spa menu
- Report to work appropriately dressed and on time
Job Type: Full-time
Pay Rate: $17.00 an hour
