Job Description:

• Space Systems Engineering Operations Technician positions available that will support one of our premier programs in Aurora, CO or Richardson, TX campus. These roles will play a key part in assisting our large program team with metrics, onboarding, meeting facilitation, and various support activities.
• Collaborate with program leadership to facilitate meetings and ensure effective communication.
• Assist engineering leads in the onboarding and integration of new staff members
• Support program activities and contribute to team success
• Support Satellite daily operations
• Attend meetings and other functions as requested
• Compile and/or assist in preparation of various documents, to include but not limited to presentations, reports, correspondence, and other materials. 

Required Skills:

• An AA/AS degree (or other 2 year post high school or Military and/or Intelligence Agency training) and a minimum of 6 years of relative experience organizational groups.
• Experience working on Defense or Intelligence Agency Satellite technologies and/or ground control systems.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite Tools, to include but not limited to: Outlook, OneNote, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and/or Excel. 

Desired Skills:

• Experience working with senior leadership on large teams.
• Strong attention to detail and a sense of responsibility.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, preferably present information to technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
• Prior experience training team members.
