Speakeasy Bartender/Mixologist - Kissaki

At Kissaki South of Fifth, we are currently building the team for our brand new speakeasy, opening this fall. Our new concept is a creative, Japanese style craft cocktail and jazz bar.

We are looking for experienced bartenders with heavy craft-cocktail backgrounds to bring our exciting vision to life.  Alongside our creative cocktail menu, chef Ben Tellez, formerly of Azabu and Makoto, has engineered a concise, focused, and thoughtful menu of elevated tapas and bar familiar bar food.

Qualifications:

Working with a management and chef team with experience from the likes of Sexy Fish, Mila, Makoto, Eleven Madison Park, and Gordon Ramsay Restaurants, this is an exciting opportunity for passionate, hungry, and creative mixologists to be a part of the opening team of South of Fifth's most anticipated opening of the year with an exciting, progressive, young company.
