JOB SUMMARY (Briefly describe the job's primary purpose or contribution to the department or organization)
This position is responsible for performing a variety of highly confidential environmental, health, safety and training duties for the EHS Department. In addition to scheduling and providing overall customer service, this position performs duties such as coordinating/facilitating meetings and training events, purchasing, and serving as a backup to the Local Process Coordinator.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
1. Provide high-level/confidential administrative support for EHS in areas of Training & Safety and other areas as assigned.
2. Support associate training & development activities, including data entry into Excel, C2C, & SharePoint, scheduling and coordinating/facilitating onsite and offsite STAR and additional EHS training, compiles and distributes training materials.
3. Conduct OnBoarding Orientation for new hires as scheduled.
4. Coordinate and facilitate all 'Ancillary Training' for the plant whether either through classroom or Computer Based Training (CBT) venues.
5. Perform all related duties associated with Departmental Learning Administrator (DLA) for the Compliance to Capability (C2C) Learning Management System (LMS).
6. Enter Engagement Points for the Engineering Safety Team.
7. Serve as the Accident Incident Reporting System Administrator via EHS One for the plant. Responsible for data entry and creating applicable tracking/trending reports as needed.
8. Support Plant Safety Committee/Core Team in the following manner:
a. Schedule and attend all monthly meetings
b. Ensure room is set up properly for meetings.
c. Generate Monthly Safety Quiz/EHS Newsletter
d. Prepare monthly metrics
e. Assist with monthly and quarterly audits
9. Safety Data Sheet Vault Administrator
10. Assist with PVP team meetings and updates for ECROs.
11. Observe all safety and environmental procedures and GMP/QSR's
