Job Responsibilities:

• Provide small group specialized instruction to students
• Implement Massachusetts standards in lesson planning
• Utilize instructional strategies to engage students
• Work with 3-7th grade students 
• Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all learners
• Emphasis on reading
• Communicate with parents regularly through conferences
• Teach specialized curriculum aligned with Common Core State Standards
• Manage classroom behavior effectively
• Develop individualized education programs for students
