Special Projects Director of Nursing Responsibilities:
Lead and execute nursing-related projects, such as quality improvement initiatives, process optimizations, and regulatory updates.
Collaborate with nursing staff, administration, and interdisciplinary teams to identify areas of improvement.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local healthcare regulations and standards, especially related to nursing services.
Develop training programs and implement new clinical protocols for nursing staff.
Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to the Executive Director.
Assist with the recruitment, training, and management of nursing personnel as needed.
Support daily operations as necessary, filling in for the Director of Nursing in their absence.
Stay current on best practices in nursing management, clinical care, and healthcare innovation.
Special Projects Director of Nursing Qualifications:
Valid New Jersey RN license required.
Experience in nursing leadership roles, including project management experience.
