The Bundled Services Specialist is responsible for supporting the Bundled Services (BS) process including building invoices, maintaining key data points on BS patients, reviewing patient accounts in the Patient Account Systems (PAS) for both the hospital and clinics, reviewing patient chart information housed in Cerner, filing, and assist in other areas when needed. Makes independent decisions as to the management of accounts, handles confidential information and requires contact with the public and employees. 

Education:High school diploma; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Experience: Three (3) years job related experience in Health Care required. Knowledge of third party reimbursement, including Medicare, Medicaid and commercial insurance required. Excellent Customer Service background. Good investigative skills and telephone techniques.
