As a Specialist, Customer Service at RXO, you’ll be responsible for onboarding and maintaining customers using a suite of in-house built systems. If you’re excited about the challenge of working for a rapidly growing global company, we have an opportunity for you to grow with RXO.
What your day-to-day will look like:
- Communicate with customers and internal associates utilizing technology and problem-solving skills
- Maintain customer master data
- Provide support to customers through courteous and professional customer service
- Seek out opportunities to improve current processes
- Maintain and generate required reports
What you’ll need to excel:
At a minimum, you’ll need:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of customer service experience
It’d be great if you also have:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2 years of audit, accounts payable, accounts receivable, load planning or transportation and logistics-related experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
