This position will be in Colorado Springs, CO. The individual will work in a fast-paced environment with high expectations, significantly diverse assignments, and a collaborative team setting. This position will support the test effort for development of multiple ground-based mission systems and operations center from program inception to test verification and deployment. The Lead Integration & Test Engineer will define complex test strategies to verify mission capabilities while working with a team comprised of multiple internal organizations and subcontractors for the full integration and test of the mission system. The test engineer will be a point-of-contact for the government customer for test planning and will coordinate across government and stakeholder offices to define the test and evaluation plan.Essential Functions: Responsible for troubleshooting failures of the tests, based on test plan inputs provided by the SEIT lead and test architect.Responsible for completion of specific test configuration details, test procedure development, implementation & checkout of STE, test sets & test set software checkout, analysis tools evaluation.Responsible to support the directing of test activities, including supporting shift planning.Identify risks & opportunities for specific test activities.Work with and influence system engineering & design on architecture(s) and interfaces to optimize & include test capabilities early in the development life cycle.Able to work with systems and design engineering to identify requirements that will satisfy testing requirements, as well as reuse options.Evaluate/Define requirements (hardware & software) needed for verification of System level requirements.Experience with Radio Frequency/SATCOMQualifications: Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience.Active Top Secret security clearancePreferred Additional Skills:Excellent organization skills.Requires comprehensive level knowledge of Electronic Warfare and System EngineeringFamiliarity with Boundary Scan/LabVIEW/MATLAB/other tools for instrument control.Proficient at JIRA/Confluence (or equivalent)Experience in Agile & DevOps methodology and cultureJAVA and C++ application SW testingAutomationHardware System testingTroubleshooting HardwareIn compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $70,500 - $131,500 This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
