As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying and qualifying potential customers to fuel our growth plans. Your primary responsibility will be to generate high-quality leads through various channels, including research, outreach, and collaboration with marketing teams. The successful candidate will have a keen understanding of the target market, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with sales and marketing teams.

What you'll do on a typical day:

• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and target demographics
• Utilize various tools and platforms to identify and compile a database of potential leads
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions in the CRM system
• Regularly analyze and report on lead generation activities, providing insights for improvement
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads
• Collaborate with marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with overall marketing strategies

At a minimum, you'll need:

• High School Diploma or equivalent related work or military experience
• 1 year experience in lead generation or similar role
• Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent related work or military experience
• 3 years' experience in lead generation or similar role
• Experience with SQL and statistical packages
• Experience in business intelligence and/or data visualization tools, including Microsoft Power BI
• Experience working in Supply Chain Industry
