Overview:The PDS Foundation Specialist supports the PDS Health Foundation Team in the program management functions related to the PDS Foundation Programs (Special Needs, Dental Assistant Scholarship, and International Service) The PDS Foundation Specialist must have exceptional communication skills, be flexible yet thorough, and possess the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while working productively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The incumbent will ensure that the PDS Foundation fulfills its mission of: Improving Overall health by improving oral health through opportunities to serve locally, nationally, and internationally, and provide strategies for process improvement. By executing its mission, the PDS Foundation specialists will strive to create opportunities for people to experience true service.
Responsibilities
Execute and oversee the DA program management including the Dental Assistant Scholarship process, including working with local Dental Assisting Schools, managing volunteers, scheduling interviews, story collection, KPI (Key Performance Indicators) reporting, managing technology platform, and other duties associated with awarding the scholarships.
Support the PDS Foundation Special Needs Dental Office team and PDS Foundation Clinical Dental in Xenocoj.
Execute marketing and brand strategy to promote the PDS Foundation providing insight on new strategies.
Develop KPI reporting and analytics around PDS Foundation’s marketing efforts.
Develop and maintain a framework for ethical story collection, crafting, and communication.
Help identify, recruit, cultivate, and nurture individual donors and corporate sponsors and assist in recruiting volunteers for the PDS Foundation.
Assist in PDS Foundation donor base reporting and data governance projects.
Assist with PDS Foundation fundraising events and identify new revenue streams.
Assist with preparing compliance reports and monitor the tracking system to ensure reporting requirements are consistently and thoroughly met.
Prioritize and keep multiple PDS Foundation projects on track to meet deadlines.
Assist in the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) across all three programs and internal functions.
Resolve any issues and solve problems that may arise during PDSF volunteer events.
Run and maintain PDSF’s partnership with PDS Health (PDS) to support advocacy within the PDS for all three programs, while providing insight to leadership
Liaise with PDS departments that offer operational, governance, compliance, and other internal functions.
Performs other duties as assigned by management or the Board of Directors as may be necessary.
Qualifications
2+ years of previous experience in related field and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business is required. In lieu of degree, +5 years of experience is required.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as necessary.
Preferred
Experience in a multi-regional healthcare, retail, or dental company.
Prior experience in a non-profit, higher education or similarly complex organization.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, Sociology or a related field.
Professional fundraising certification a plus.

Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office programs such as PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
Knowledge of office practices, technology applications, and reporting systems; business correspondence and business reporting techniques; and business principles.

Act dependably, including being consistently at work on time, following instructions, responding to direction, and soliciting feedback to improve performance.

Salary Information:$66,560.00-$99,506.00 / Annually
