Key Responsibilities:
- Ensures a safe and secure working environment by complying with company and customer safety standards and legal regulations. Promptly addresses any safety concerns.
- Adheres to all company policies and demonstrates commitment to our core values.
- Diagnoses issues with leaking components, reporting findings to supervisory staff and engineering teams.
- Conducts leak mitigation tasks, which may include:
- Identifies situations requiring the use of safety equipment.
- Completes necessary documentation and administrative tasks.
- Works collaboratively with field teams, client representatives, and management.
- Keeps informed about the company's products and services to better assist customers.
- Salary Range $45.00 to $55.00 an hour DOE
What does it take to work for HPC-Industrial?
- A high school diploma is required; further education in a technical field or relevant college coursework is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in industrial operations or maintenance roles preferred.
- Versatile in handling various tasks and adapting to changing priorities.
- Able to meet deadlines efficiently.
- Familiarity with plant maintenance and repair is beneficial.
- Able to follow supervisors' instructions precisely.
- Valid driver's license required.
- HAZWOPER training certification is a plus.
- Willing to travel 50-70% of the time.
Work Environment:
- Based at a branch or on-site location.
- Involves both indoor and outdoor work in industrial settings.
- Interaction with team members, supervisors, and clients.
- Working near production machinery with high noise levels.
- Required to use personal protective equipment.
- Ability to adapt to different job sites and weather conditions.
- Travel to various sites may be required.
Physical Demands:
- Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 75 pounds.
- Must be physically able to walk, climb, and perform field duties.
- Effective communication abilities.
- Good observational skills.
- Manual dexterity for routine office and field tasks.
- Able to travel to off-site locations when necessary.
- Skilled in multitasking and maintaining focus in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
