Specialty Pharmacy Clinical Pharmacist- Outpatient Pharmacy - Cookeville Regional Medical Center

The Specialty Pharmacy Clinical Pharmacist will be responsible for working alongside the Specialty Pharmacy team at Cookeville Regional Medical Center to provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care to patients. This position will collaborate with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and patients to ensure the safe and effective use of specialty medications. In addition to direct patient care responsibilities this position will help support and drive quality measures required to maintain accreditation standards and payer contracts.
Other duties as assigned.

Education: Pharm. D. degree required. Completion of a PGY-1 or PGY-2 residency program preferred. Board Certification preferred. Must be licensed by State of Tennessee. Immunization certificate required.

Experience: 1–3 years of specialty pharmacy experience or residency training preferred.
