BRAND NEW Specimen Processing Supervisor Opening Providence, Rhode Island

• Permanent full-time position
• Day shift
• In this role you will be responsible for supervising about 20 people between 2 shifts. You will have assistance with a lead as well. Mainly responsible for the interviewing, disciplinary actions, performance evaluations, etc. Ideally looking someone who is familiar with both leadership and accessioning/specimen handling.
• Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • A valid driver s license and an excellent driving record for the past three years.
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under time constraints, without close supervision.
  • Previous supervisory experience.
