SpEd Instructor Openings 2025-2026 Academic School Year - Clarifi Staffing Solutions

In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in supporting students with diverse learning needs by building a structured, positive classroom environment that encourages growth and independence. As an LBS1 Education Specialist, you’ll design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs), tailored to help each student meet their unique learning goals.

Collaboration is at the heart of this role, as you’ll work alongside families, paraprofessionals, therapists, and general education teachers to ensure consistent, holistic support for each student. You’ll manage a supportive classroom environment, actively promoting positive behavior and nurturing a safe, inclusive space where students can thrive. Regular IEP meetings will allow you to provide insights, adjust goals, and monitor educational progress.

Further Details:

Prior experience as a Special Education Teacher or relevant role

Experience working with children with a wide range of disabilities

A bachelor's Degree from an accredited university is required. Master's degree is a plus

Have or be eligible to apply for an Illinois PEL with special education (LSB1) endorsement
