Speech Language Pathologist - Center Based - Stafford Early Autism Services

Stafford Early Autism Services (SEAS) is a small, clinic based, ABA provider in Stafford, VA that is looking for passionate and motivated speech language pathologists and occupational therapists to join our team in order to provide a collaborative treatment approach for clients.

Speech Language Pathologist Responsibilities and Duties Include:

·Assessing, diagnosing, screening, and treating language, speech, and swallowing disorders

·Creating individualized treatment plans and providing 1:1 therapy in a clinic-based setting

·Educating family members about speech disorders and causes, as well as providing and modeling strategies for family members and client’s treatment team to address speech disorders

·Collaborating with entire treatment team, to include parents, BCBAs, RBTs, OTs, teachers, etc.

·Completing detailed and thorough session notes

·Completing all documentation required by insurances

·Evaluating patient progress and implementing changes to therapy programs as necessary

·Maintaining a professional relationship with all staff, clients, families and treatment team members

Qualifications and Skills

·Master’s degree in related field

·Virginia Speech Language Pathologist License

·Maintain CEU’s as required by Licensing Board

·Must love working with children and families

• Must be a hands-on trainer and a team player
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• CPR/First Aid Certification
• Clean Background Check
