Speech and Language Pathologist (Field Team) - Mission Edge

About the Job
Responsibilities:
- Allocate approx 30-32 hours per week for home visits, providing speech and language therapy services to children in the comfort of their own homes. This includes drive time.
- Allocate approx 5-7 hours to admin and collaboration time.
- Plan and facilitate 1 weekly developmental playgroup for families and children alongside therapy team.
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid state licensure and ASHA certification
- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children, particularly in an inclusive setting, is highly desirable.
- Knowledge and expertise in assessing and treating a wide range of speech and language disorders.
- Strong command of AAC Devices and working with students who use them
- Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively balance classroom responsibilities, case management, and home visits.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals.
- Knowledge of best practices in inclusive education and early childhood development.
- Demonstrated understanding of individualized treatment planning and the ability to adapt interventions to meet diverse needs.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a transdisciplinary team, collaborating with teachers, therapists, and other professionals.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact compassionately with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for working with children of all abilities.
- Flexibility to adapt to the dynamic needs of a pilot program and work in a collaborative, innovative environment.
- Genuine belief in the power of inclusion.

Pay and Benefits:
- Payscale: $84,000-$100,000
