What's your day like?

As a new Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in the HomeCare setting at JGS Lifecare, your daily expectations will include conducting thorough assessments of residents to identify speech and language needs. You will develop and implement customized therapy plans that align with each individual's care goals, ensuring a resident-centric approach. Collaborating with our energetic team, you will engage in regular communication with caregivers and families to provide updates and strategies that foster progress outside of therapy sessions.

Your role will require documenting all assessments, treatments, and progress in our facility's systems, adhering to the highest standards of integrity and excellence.
