Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at our Maitland location. This role offers a part-time position with the exciting potential to expand your caseload over time, allowing for professional growth and increased responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language evaluations to pediatric clients.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support client progress and achieve therapeutic goals.
- Document and track client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Stay current with the latest research and advancements in speech-language pathology to ensure best practices.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current and valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for working with children.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Experience in pediatric therapy preferred but not required.
