We are centrally located in Montgomery, right off of Carmichael Rd. The position includes some travel around the city in order to provide therapy services in children's natural environments. We are looking to grow our company and to add more dedicated staff to our team.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations, and implement treatment plans for pediatric patients.
- Provide individualized therapy sessions to target each child's individual goals.
- Collaborate with caregivers and families to ensure the carryover of learned skills into the child's daily life.
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation of daily sessions, patient progress, and treatment outcomes.
- Engage in discharge planning and provide caregiver education to ensure continued success post-treatment.
Requirements:
- Active ABESPA license.
- CCC-SLP, CF-SLP, or SLPA
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, teachers and colleagues.
- Exceptional time management and organizational abilities.
- Compassionate and caring attitude towards patients and their families.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Flexibility in adapting to various therapy settings.
- Humor, and the ability to adapt quickly during therapy sessions.
