Job Title: School Director

Start Date: 2024-2025 School Year

Hours: 7:30am-4:45pm + some out of school time responsibilities

Compensation: $75,000-$105,000 (based on credentials and experience)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily school operations and staff management.
• Develop and implement educational programs and policies.
• Foster a positive school culture and community engagement.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Manage budget and resources effectively.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Education or related field.
• Valid administrative certification.
• 5+ years of educational leadership experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Commitment to student success and equity.
