26-week assignment. 5 day/week including weekends. Patient care for SLP: dysphagia, speech, and cognitive assessment and treatment. Treat in med units and ICU: 5c, 4c, 4a and 3c (ICU) Assist with provacative testing (MBS, FEES) as needed. NYS SLP license, Certification in Speech-Language Pathology by the American Speech and Hearing Association, and a Masters in SLP are required. BLS is required. Acute care hospital and ICU experience
