Overview:
Southern Physical Therapy Clinic is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our rapidly growing Outpatient Pediatrics practice in Picayune, MS. The clinic is expanding, and we are looking for an SLP who is eager to contribute to this growth. Candidates with part-time or PRN availability are also encouraged to apply.
Caseload / Patient Population:
- The SLP will primarily handle a pediatric caseload, with occasional treatment of adults/geriatrics.
- This is a collaborative multidisciplinary setting, working alongside Occupational Therapists (OTs) and Physical Therapists (PTs).
- Full-time SLPs typically complete 45-55 visits per week.
Work Schedule:
- Full-time position: Monday - Friday.
- No weekends, no holidays, offering a strong work-life balance.
- Flexibility in scheduling based on the needs of the selected candidate.
- Clinic hours:
- Monday - Thursday: 7 am - 6 pm
- Friday: 7 am - 12 pm
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive hourly rate, starting at approximately $32/hour for new graduates, with room for growth based on experience.

Job Requirements:
- Eligible for Mississippi state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Open to all experience levels, including new graduates. Mentorship and training are available.
- Full-time availability is preferred. However, candidates with part-time or PRN availability (minimum of 16 hours/week and two weekdays) will be considered.
