Position Overview:

We are seeking passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (CFY) to join our groundbreaking team. This role is ideal for new graduates looking to kickstart their careers in a pioneering, child-centered environment. As a CFY with us, you will receive comprehensive clinical support and mentorship from California state-licensed and ASHA-certified SLPs, with opportunities to learn and grow in a multidisciplinary setting.

• Ramp-Up Period: We offer a ramp-up period to ensure you can smoothly integrate into your role without burnout.

• Supervision: During your CFY, you'll see six clients daily, with two hours dedicated to charting built into your schedule. You'll also meet with your supervisor twice a week for feedback, caseload guidance, and session observations.

• Competitive Compensation and paid non-billable hours: Earn a strong salary with performance bonuses, 401K, immediate health coverage, and paid time off from your first day. You will be paid a full day even if patients cancel, additional documenting time, breaks,

Key Responsibilities:

• Clinical Fellowship Support: Participate in a structured CFY supervision with personalized mentoring, license assistance, and training in essential clinical soft skills.

• Provide Individualized Care: Administer diagnostic evaluations and deliver tailored treatment plans for children with various speech-language disorders.

• Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of OTs, behavior therapists, educators, and fellow SLPs to ensure comprehensive care for each child.

• Family Education: Educate families and caregivers on treatment techniques and home management strategies.

• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all treatment sessions, assessments, and communication with families.

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• Eligible for a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)

• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills

• Passion for working with children and making a positive impact on their lives

• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)

• Bilingual skills are a plus!

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, kneel, sit on the floor, and climb stairs as needed.

• Ability to work in a moderate to loud environment, coordinating multiple tasks simultaneously.
