One of our top clients is seeking a motivated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Sioux Falls, SD. In this role, you will play a vital role in evaluating and treating individuals with a variety of communication disorders.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for children and/or adults (depending on the specific role).
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address specific communication needs.
- Provide therapy sessions to improve speech, language, fluency, voice, and/or cognitive-communication skills.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, educators, and families to ensure coordinated care.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
- Stay up-to-date on current best practices in speech-language pathology.
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP).
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience working with [Target population, e.g., children with articulation disorders, adults with aphasia] (preferred).
- Strong clinical skills in assessment, treatment planning, and intervention.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor.
- South Dakota state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or eligible for licensure).
