Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Full-Time or Part-Time - Therapy Source

As part of our mission to pave the way for children’s success worldwide, Therapy Source is currently seeking Speech Language Pathologists to provide in-person services for charter school students. 

Speech-Language Pathologist Salary Range: $51 per hour

Speech-Language Pathologist Positions Available (all are within the same school district): 

1. Elementary School: Full-time (5 days)/6:45-2:15 or 7:00-2:30pm
2. Middle School: Full-time in-person OR hybrid approach/8:00-3:30pm 
3. Elementary School: Full-time (5 days)/7:30-3:00pm
4. Primary School: Full-time (5 days)/7:30-3:0pm
5. Primary School: Part-time (1 day split over 2 half days) with possibility of increasing more days as the caseload grows.

Speech-Language Pathologist Qualifications:

• Licensure as Speech Language Pathologist in the state of Florida
• School Certification in the state of Florida
• Possession of (or willingness to obtain) up-to-date clearances
• Proof of individual professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain)

Speech-Language Pathologist Responsibilities May Include:

• Addressing personal, social, emotional, academic, and vocational needs which impact educational goals
• Providing push-in support in classrooms
• Performing evaluations and providing appropriate goals for students that require speech/language therapy.
• Providing continued support for students’ Individual Education Programs (IEPs).
• Maintaining appropriate records and documentation.
• Developing and implementing IEPs
• Performing all related work, documentation, and reporting as required.
